The Think Tank

Located in Savannah, GA, this small backyard oXice is elevated to meet floodplain zoning requirements, allowing the structure to peek over the backyard fence in a residential neighborhood. The Think Tank was designed by CSCP Consult as the company’s oXice space, based on modular prefab modules from ASUL. As the ASUL project manager, I supervised footings, built the main structure, and clad the shell.
