I dubbed this project the “Medium House” for being on the smaller side of the typical Hamptons home. At 3,500 square feet, it oXers six eXiciently designed bedrooms and a generous living/dining/kitchen area, delivering everything a homebuyer needs without wasting space. A custom wood-and-steel staircase provides vertical access to three bedrooms on the upper level. To create outdoor covered space, a permeable mahogany pergola extension shades an outdoor dining area and oXers shade near the pool. This project was designed and built for ModernNetZero.
